Consolidated Credit Survey Shows Hispanic Attitude toward Holidays Grocery Budgeting & Shopping

— Survey’s results show a trend toward cooking at home with family and friends —

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – December 10, 2016 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) - Will Latino families cook, buy prepared food, or eat out during the Holidays? Consolidated Credit conducted a survey of Latino families living in the United States and 63.77% of the 550 respondents answered they will cook this year for it’s a cheaper, better, and taster experience overall.

The survey sought to learn how much an average family spends on typical Christmas and New Year’s Eve meals during the holiday season, and what types of foods they cook, buy and eat. Seventy-three percent of respondents claim they may spend between $100 and $300 for Holiday meals, whilst less than 20% says “between $300 and $500.” The survey’s results were published on CelebrandolaHispanidad.com.
