Elia Esparza brings her 26 years of working with Latinos in entertainment to the forefront. She is an award-winning writer and public relations and communications specialist working in entertainment, education, and non-profit organizations. She was editor-in-chief of Latin Heat magazine for five years and co-founder of the Latino Entertainment Media Institute in 1996. From 2007 to 2009, she was Director of Communications and Public Relations at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles. Ms. Esparza is launching The M.E. Agency, a communications company in March 2010.
